Creative Name Tags?

"Any great ideas on how to do name badges or name tags creatively? I am planning an annual fundraising event for 430 ladies in November. The committee usually wears ribbons with the word "committee" on them and with a flower. However, this year they want something "different" and more substantial with their names and titles on them. I can't find anything outside of the box other than lanyards and ribbons. I was hoping someone else had some new ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks."
