My husband's 30th birthday will be around Thanksgiving. Since we are planning to travel to Los Angeles to celebrate -- the majority of his friends and family are there-- we are in preparatory party planning mode.
I saw these images and fell in love! How great would it would it be to have a party like this-- with a food truck!
This party was in San Diego, in a parking lot behind the Casa Atrelexia shop. Complete with food, popsicles, a DJ, summer movies, and super fun decor, this parking lot party offered unexpected treats.
Wouldn't this be great for a birthday party? Since our party is in November, I would make it more fall themed (easy) and a little more masculine (not as easy). Any ideas, readers? And any ideas of where to host a party in a parking lot in Los Angeles?
Until Next Week! xoxo EventLucky

Such a cute party idea & there are some GREAT food trucks in LA. (Here's a fun list: http://www.lunch.com/shinjiblue-LA_Food_Trucks_on_Twitter-1235.html)
Finding space in LA could prove difficult. I would check with a friend who's a teacher or maybe someone connected with a church- a school or church may be willing to give you space for a donation.
