Little Man Birthday

I've been seeing this adorable "Little Man" party for little boys-- with ties and mustaches on everything from t-shirts to cookies. It's adorable -- and I am wondering if I can adapt it my husband's birthday party. What do you all think?

I couldn't get my husband to wear this, but these birthday boys and friends are so cute.

I love the mustaches on a stick-- to eat and for photos.

But it's the desserts that really kill me.

What do you think? I can I adapt it for a grown man party?
