Sarah has a request, any suggestions?...
"My best friend is getting married, and has requested a couples Stock the Bar Party. I want it to be really memorable. Her wedding is going to be an Event, if you know what I mean, and I want the shower to be on the same level. I'd like to have really fun centerpieces/decor, that go with the theme and also honor the bride and groom. We'd like to send the guests home with a nice favor. We'd like to come up with a Signature Cocktail for the event. Help for everything would be greatly appreciated! Any suggestions?"

Check out a local craft store for oversized martini glasses, and create floral arrangements with them. And lots of candles, for a sexy feel, everything looks better with candles.
For favors, you can't beat Beau-Coup, check out their mini martini shakers, http://www.beau-coup.com/cocktail_shaker.htm

For centerpieces you could use different glassware with candy at each table. Martini glasses, champagne glasses, wine glasses...
Glassware might even be able to be used for favors.
If there are place cards or any little signs that need holding you could use wine corks.
This could be such a fun party!

How about everyone brings their own idea for the signature drink and you turn it into a contest? Favors...something with those cute drink stirrers could be fun. Maybe fill a martini glass ( regular size or miniature) with candies or some bar accessory (like colored sugar for rimming in a cello bag) and then tie on a drink stirrer with ribbon and a tag with the new couple's names and wedding date.

What a great theme. I have seen people do personalized wine labels and then use the bottles of wine as centerpieces. Guests can then take the wine home as a favor at the end of the night (if there's any left)!
