Take the Cake

A first birthday would not be complete without allowing the little cherub to fully indulge in digging his or her chubby fists into their first cake.  The problem is, how then, with the cake squashed, scattered and smeared across your babe, the highchair and the floor, do you serve it to your guests?  The answer, you don’t.  Instead, you order a cake to serve your guests and you order a FREE cake from Safeway to serve your little one.  Yes, FREE.  Most Safeway stores will give you a free cake for your child’s first birthday by simply showing the birth certificate at the time of purchase.  Dig in!
